How to Use the Verification Playground

 

Verification Playground is a virtual playground where engineers can test their code without leaving the web. It provides instant hands-on experience simulating SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, C++/SystemC, and other HDLs using any web browser. It's an easy way to get started with verification, and a great place to ask questions and share your knowledge with others!

Getting Started:

The first thing you need to do is select your coding language. Then choose a simulator. The simulator will be configured automatically for you, including any options needed for languages and libraries. After selecting a simulator and choosing to run your code, click on the Run button. Then your code will run on the EDA Playground server and you'll see console output in real time. After running, you can view your results in the bottom Results pane.

Testing Your Code:

Each playground will include the code, the bottom 200 lines of simulation results, and any options you specified.
